Favorite Cookbook? Might be Candle Cafe

I love the Candle Cafe cookbook. I've never made anything that wasn't amazing from this cookbook. Tuesday's dinner was no exception. It was spectacular.

    I don't have this book. And I really don't need ANY MORE recipe books. But you're tempting me to add just one more to the collection! This looks so tasty!

    I've always been so intimidated by this book! I've owned it for years and have yet to make anything out of it. I should get over it. Those seitan skewers look amazing.
