Vegan - pronounced Vee-Gan, not Vay-Gan

I just wanted to mention that I am not from the star Vega. I am not a "vay-gun" and I don't "vay-gunize" recipes and I don't eat "vay-gun" food. I am not an alien.

It is pronounced "vee-gan".
