I've made and enjoyed quite a few recipes from Vegan Planet. I'm surprised ...Yeah, so far it is pretty good. I'm surprised because I tend to stay away from big tomes thinking that there is no way they could have tested or put much time into each recipe. But, so far, so good. I've only made 3 or 4 things out of it.
